The empire of Persia is known for the vastness and opulence of its culture. The conquests of empires and several Middle Eastern territories contributed to a diverse and fertile civilization. The richness of the Persian culture inevitably intertwines with the uniquely delectable Persian cuisine.

The Persian Square offers a selection of Persian cuisine at its finest. Persian Square presents dishes of prime cuts of meats, chicken, fish or shrimps combined with delicate and aromatic herbs meant to achieve that authentic Persian taste. Kababs, for which Persian cuisine is world famous for, are freshly charbroiled to achieve optimum flavor upon presentation at your dining table.

Entering the restaurant, you immediately experience stepping foot on Persian soil, as land from historic city of SHIRAZ was brought in to lend authenticity and history to the restaurant. Contributing knowledge about Persia is an accurate replica of the map of Persia with rendition of the remaining structure of the old Persian palace (TAKHT_E_JAMSHID PALACE, built over 2,500 years ago). There are also replicas of ironic Persian Horse, which is a hand-carved sculpture famous in Persian art. The Persian Horse is one of the recognizable structures that decorated the palaces of the Persian Kings.

If you would wish to enjoy our food under the welcome rays of the sun, or the beauty of the night sky, a floating balcony is available for an outdoor dining experience. The floating balcony was designed after the SI_O_SE POL bridge, a landmark structure in ESFAHAN built over 500 years ago. Completing the Persian experience for each guest is the piped-in Persian music and the soothing and calming sound of flowing water from an exquisite fountain.

Living up to its name, the Persian Square décor, amenities and fixtures have the square-shape predominant in their designs. For everyone’s amusement, there could be more than 5,000 squares in the entire establishment.
